He considered all the different factors and paid attention to the details. For example, the pad for the hot tub is right up against the house, so he poured the concrete ever so slightly sloped away from the house to keep water from running toward it, protecting the house's foundation. I wouldn't have even noticed the slope if he hadn't pointed it out, and I appreciate his foresight about a potential water-damage issue!"
