Charles Patterson is the Owner of CoreBuild LLC. Born in 1998, Charles developed a passion for building at a young age, growing up on Whidbey Island, Washington. In 2019, he relocated to Bellevue, Nebraska, where he continued to pursue his entrepreneurial and professional goals.

Charles played college baseball on scholarship and graduated with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business Administration, bringing a strong analytical mindset and business-focused approach to every project. With over 10 years of hands-on industry experience, he founded CoreBuild LLC in 2021 with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and clear communication.

Outside of work, Charles has a deep passion for sports, dogs, and creating—interests that reflect his driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to building lasting results for clients.
